Welcome to QuantCoda (quantcoda.com, the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

QuantCoda provides API access to China A-share market data — quotes, financials, money flow, Dragon-Tiger lists and more — together with documentation and AI-agent access.

2. Important disclaimer: research use only

• Data provided by the Service constitutes no investment advice; permitted uses are defined by Section 6 and any separately signed written licence;
• Data is compiled from public sources; we strive for accuracy and timeliness but make no warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness;
• You bear sole responsibility for any investment decision made on the basis of this data.

3. Accounts & API keys

• Keep your password and API keys safe; calls made with a leaked key count against your quota;
• No reselling or sharing accounts or API keys without written authorisation; no circumvention of rate limits via scraping or multiple accounts;
• We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Payment & refunds

• Paid plans support a monthly subscription or one-time annual access. Available payment methods are shown on the Stripe Checkout page;
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time in the console; access remains active through the current period. One-time annual access does not renew;
• When paid access ends without renewal, the account returns to FREE; data and keys are kept;
• Refunds: self-service plans qualify for a full refund within 7 days of payment if no more than 100 successful paid-endpoint calls have been made — contact support@quantcoda.com; otherwise refunds are negotiated pro rata.

5. Availability

Except where a separate written agreement includes an SLA, the Service is maintained on a best-effort basis with no 100% uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Outages beyond our control carry no liability; interruptions exceeding 72 hours extend your access period pro rata.

6. License

FREE, PRO and Expert license the individual subscriber to use retrieved data for non-commercial study, research, backtests and personal tools. Companies, institutions and other organisations must contact support@quantcoda.com to arrange Business pricing, permitted uses, usage limits and service terms in writing before using data in internal commercial systems, business operations or client deliverables. Every plan prohibits bulk resale, public redistribution of raw data, or building a directly competing data product.

7. Changes

Material changes will be announced on-site or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
